Do you have an effective way of dealing with stress that involves steps? Describe your process for relieving stress.

Nowadays, stress is overflowing in our life. It may come from society, work, or school. Fitting stress can be caused by something positive, but heavy stress is able to danger our health. Therefore, a way of beating stress is very important for us. In my experience, trying to relieve stress by relaxing through exercise is very helpful. When a person wants to reduce stress using an exercise, people can follow a procedure of two main steps enjoying exercise and showering.

First, finding your interesting exercise and enjoying it are important to this technique. For example, jogging is one of my favorite exercises, thus, I don’t think anything and enjoy it when I jogged. If you couldn’t focus on your exercise, and this way would be not success.

Next, Showering can take tire away and get comfort, hence, you have to take a shower when you done an exercise.

In conclusion, many people find themselves trying to cope with stressful situations that occur in everyday life. Although everyone is different and may try a unique way to relive stress, in my experience, going to do exercise when you felt a heavy stress, then you will reduce stress and get relaxing.
